Scaling and growth

RENERGY Scaling program 

RENERGY has developed several large-scale collaborative innovation projects. The methodology is value chain–based and has been further refined into a dedicated scaling process offered to members. The program is available for collaborative projects where initial assessments have been completed. The team provides support with partnership establishment, digitalization needs, consortium agreements, market validation, funding applications, and more.

Innovation guidance and business development

We provide tailored advisory services to help companies identify growth opportunities, develop new products and services, and strengthen their competitiveness in the market. This includes innovation processes, business strategies, and market analysis.

Funding support and application assistance

We guide members in applying for external funding through national and international schemes, such as Innovation Norway, EU programs, and regional grant mechanisms. Our experience ensures you maximize your chances of securing financial support.

Internationalization and EU advisory

RENERGY supports members in securing EU funding through advisory services, partner matchmaking, and strengthening project impact.

The cluster has a dedicated EU advisor through Innovation Norway and assists stakeholders with consortium building, project development and proposal writing, as well as implementation of international projects. We actively monitor policy developments, calls for proposals, and consortium opportunities. Both the team and members participate in relevant conferences and events across Europe.

Communication 

RENERGY strengthens your visibility and position through content production, branding, press releases, and strategic communication.

RENERGY supports the establishment, structuring, and facilitation of these networks. We help define goals, recruit participants, connect relevant expertise, and identify potential funding. The networks can also serve as a platform for maturing ideas into joint projects or funding applications.
