Two intense and inspiring days in Trondheim as the NORHyWAY consortium officially kicked off the project on March 11–12.
This week we gathered partners from across Europe for the NORHyWAY Kick-off, hosted at Teknostallen in Trondheim. Over two intensive days we aligned the consortium, discussed the work packages and use cases, and started planning the next steps towards building Norway’s first large scale hydrogen valley.
The programme included presentations from the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, project overview sessions, discussions on governance and consortium collaboration, and deep dives into the project’s key use cases:
• Hydrogen for the blue economy
• Maritime hydrogen implementation
• Hydrogen in road transport
• Hydrogen-supported flexible grids
We also held the first General Assembly meeting, establishing the governance structure and confirming the next milestones for the project.
NORHyWAY brings together partners across the hydrogen value chain. Together we will move from pilot projects to large-scale implementation and contribute to Europe’s clean energy transition.
A big thank you to all partners for two productive and engaging days in Trondheim. We look forward to the work ahead.
